Q. Will you return my phone calls in a timely manner?
A. I make every attempt to return phone calls the same day or by 9:00 the
next morning.
Q. When we set up an appointment, will you be on time?
A. I will be on time for every appointment that we make. If for some
unforseen reason I can’t be on time I will call ahead.
Q. Are you a licensed contractor?
A. Yes, I am a licensed contractor in the state of Minnesota.
Q. Do you carry liability insurance?
A. I carry up to $4 million worth of liability insurance.
Q. Do you use subcontractors, and are they licensed and insured?
A. I do use subcontractors and only those that are licensed and carry
liability insurance.
Q. What are the guys like that work for you?
A. They are skilled craftsman who have had a background check done, a drug
screen, and will keep your job site clean.
